Absence Report

This guide will help parents justify their child's absences due to special activities or medical appointments.



Step 1: Accessing the Absence Report Function

  1. Open the Absence Report Tab: Navigate to the Absence Report function on the platform.

Step 2: Viewing Existing Absence Reports

  1. Initial Page: On the initial page, you can see all the absence reports that have been made during the school period.
    1. List of Reports: Each report will display the date, reason for absence, and status of the report.





Step 3: Creating a New Absence Report

  1. Click "New": Click on the "New" button to create a new absence report.

  1. Complete Information: Fill in the requested information in each of the boxes. This includes:
    1. Date: The date of the absence.
    2. Reason: The reason for the absence (e.g., medical appointment, special activity).
    3. Additional Details: Any additional information that might be relevant.
  2. Attach Receipt: If applicable, attach a receipt or documentation to justify the absence.
    1. Upload Document: Click on "Choose File," select the document from your device, and upload it.
  3. Save Report: Click on the "OK" button to save the absence report. The justification will be received by your child's teachers.




Step 4: Managing Saved Absence Reports

  1. Edit: If you need to make changes to the report, click on the "Edit" button.
  2. View Details: To view the full details of the absence report, click on the "Details" button.
  3. Delete: If you need to remove the report, click on the "Delete" button.
By following these steps, parents can effectively manage and justify their child's absences, ensuring that teachers are informed and the absence is properly documented.
