ADMISSION QUEUE

Step 1: Access the Admission Queue     

  • Locate and click on the admission queue icon from the institution's administrative dashboard.

  • Through this function, the administrative assistant or manager of the institution will be able to observe the data of new and regular students who have been enrolled in the institution from the parent's profile through the Public Admission Wizard.


  • On the initial page, you will see a comprehensive list of all students who have been entered into the system.
  • This list includes both new and regular students along with their enrollment status.

Step 2: Change Student Status

  • In the "Next Status" column, you can change and choose any of the listed conditions for each student.
  • Click on the drop-down menu to select the appropriate status for the student based on their current admission stage.

Step 3: Assign the Process

  • In the "Assign To" column, you can transfer the admission process to another staff member within the institution.
  • Click on the drop-down menu to choose the staff member who will take over the student's admission process.

Step 4: Utilize Additional Tools (Notes, View Documents, Actions)

Access Additional Features:

  • There are three key boxes available: Note, View Documents, and Actions.

Add Notes:

  • When you click on the Note box, a window will appear where you can make annotations or track the student's progress.
  • Use this space to indicate if additional information is needed or if any document is required.
  • These notes will be recorded in the student’s profile in the notes section.

View Documents:

  • Clicking on View Documents allows you to see all documents submitted for the student.
  • This can include application forms, identification documents, and other relevant paperwork.

Perform Actions:

  • Clicking on Actions will display a small list of actions you can perform.
  • Available actions include viewing parent information, deleting student records, or deleting complete family information.

Step 5: Complete the Registration Process

Finalize and Accept:

  • Once you have completed all necessary steps and reviewed the information, click on Accept.
  • This will finalize the registration process and the student’s record will be deleted from the Admission Queue.
