parents and associating them with students is essential for linking
guardians with their respective students. Follow these steps to create
and manage parent profiles effectively.
Start by pressing the "New" button to add a new parent or guardian.
Fill out the form with the parent or guardian's details. Include:
NameContact information (phone number, email address)Relationship to the student (e.g., mother, father, guardian)Workplace informationEmergency contactsPostal and physical addresses
Step 2: Associate Student with the Parent
In the "Student" field, choose the student you want to associate with the parent.
Ensure that the selected student is correctly linked to the newly created parent/guardian profile.
