ATTENDANCE
The Attendance Tab is a powerful tool designed to help teachers manage student attendance efficiently. This guide will walk you through the steps to take attendance dynamically for your classes.
Step 1: Select Your Class Filters
At the top of the Attendance Tab, you will see the Class Filters section. This is where you need to specify the details of the class for which you are taking attendance
Step 2: View and Select Students
In the next section, you will see the Student List table. This table displays all the students who are enrolled in the selected class.
Step 3: Confirm the Attendance Details
Next, move on to the Attendance Details section. This is where you set the specific details for today's attendance.
Step 4: Edit the Attendance
To edit or modify a student's attendance, first filter the student by year, grade, and group. Then, select the student and erase the incorrect attendance record. Finally, create a new record under the correct attendance type.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and update student attendance records.
