Attendances

This guide will help parents keep track of their child's attendance in their classes.

Step 1: Accessing the Attendances Function

1. Open the Attendances Tab: Navigate to the Attendances function on the platform.
   

Step 2: Selecting Class and Semester

1. Select Class: Choose the class for which you want to view attendance records.
   

1. Select Semester: Choose the semester you want to consult from the available options.
   

Step 3: Viewing Attendance Calendar

1. Attendance Calendar: The center of the screen will display a calendar showing the attendance taken by the teacher.
2. Daily Attendance: Each day will indicate whether the student was present, absent, late, etc.
   

Step 4: Viewing Attendance Summary

1. Attendance Summary: On the right side of the screen, an Attendance Summary provides a summarized view of attendance.
1. Weekly Summary: Overview of attendance for each week.
2. Monthly Summary: Overview of attendance for each month.
3. Semester Summary: Overview of attendance for the entire semester.
   

By following these steps, parents can easily monitor their child's attendance, ensuring they are aware of their presence in class and can address any attendance-related issues promptly.
