Attendances
This guide will help students view and keep a detailed record of their attendance for different classes using the Attendances function.
Step 1: Accessing the Attendances Function
- Open the Attendances Tab: Navigate to the Attendances function on the platform.
Step 2: Selecting the Semester
- Choose the Semester: Use the dropdown menu to select the appropriate semester for which you want to view your attendance records.
Step 3: Selecting the Class
- Select Class: In the "Select Class" dropdown menu, choose the class for which you want to view attendance.
- View Calendar: A calendar will be displayed showing the attendance details registered by each teacher.
Step 4: Viewing Attendance Details
- Review Attendance Records: On the calendar, you will see the attendance status for each class session, including:
- Present
- Late
- Absent
- Excused absences (if applicable)
- Attendance Summary: Check the summary section for a detailed record of your attendance, providing an overview of your attendance status throughout the semester.
By following these steps, students can easily monitor their attendance records, ensuring they stay informed about their attendance status in each class.
