CALENDAR OF NOTICES

The Calendar of Notices is a feature designed to facilitate communication between teachers, parents, and students regarding scheduled school activities, events, assignments, and more. It allows teachers to input information about upcoming activities, specifying details such as grade, group, period, class, title, dates, time, and a description. Once created, these activities are displayed on the calendar, making them visible to all users. This tool streamlines the process of sharing important information, ensuring that everyone involved is informed and prepared for upcoming events.

Step 1: Accessing the Calendar Feature

From the main dashboard screen, locate the Calendar of Notices feature. This feature allows teachers to communicate various activities, events, assignments, projects, or more to parents and students that have been scheduled for their students.

Step 2: Inputting Activity Details

Click on the calendar on the day you desire to schedule an activity. A pop-up box will appear where you can input the required information to create a school activity.

Once you've filled out all the necessary information, click on the "Submit" button. Your activity will now be visible on the calendar and accessible to all users.
