Canteen Attendance

Taking canteen attendance is a straightforward process involving selecting the student group, recording their attendance, and reviewing the information. With these steps, you can ensure that the attendance record is accurate and up-to-date. Always remember to verify the records to prevent errors and maintain a reliable and effective record of school canteen attendance.


Step 1: Selecting the Group

In the first table, you'll find the necessary filters to select the group of students for whom you want to take canteen attendance. Adjust the filters as needed to identify the specific group you're interested in.



Step 2: Viewing Students

Once the group is selected, the central table will display the list of all students belonging to that class and group. Review the list to ensure all students from the group are present in the system.




Step 3: Recording Attendance

In the last table, you can record whether each student attended the school canteen or not. For each student, select the appropriate option: "Attend" or "Not Attend".

Once you've selected the option for each student, click "Submit" to record the attendance.



After submitting the attendance, you'll see the recorded entries in the final column. Carefully review to ensure all information is correct.
