Class Questions

This guide will help students use the Class Questions function to request clarifications on class topics or problems.

Step 1: Accessing the Class Questions Function

  1. Open the Class Questions Tab: Navigate to the Class Questions function on the platform.

Step 2: Viewing Existing Questions

  1. Initial Window: The initial window displays a list of questions you have previously asked each teacher.

Step 3: Asking a New Question

  1. Click "New": Click on the blue "New" box to ask a new question.



  1. Enter Question Details:
    1. Select the Class: Choose the class related to your question.
    2. Enter the Question: Type your question or describe the problem you need clarification on.
    3. Save the Question: Click "OK" to save your question.



Step 4: Sending the Question

  1. Automatic Submission: After clicking "OK," your question will appear on the initial page of the Class Questions function.
  2. Teacher Notification: The question is automatically sent to the teacher's profile for review.



Step 5: Receiving the Answer

  1. Click Reply: By clicking "Reply," the follow-up provided by the teacher will appear as a chat.
  2. Reply: Feel free to reply if necessary where says "Answer" and click on Send. 


By following these steps, students can easily request clarifications on class topics or problems in a discreet and organized manner.
