CLASS QUESTIONS

The class questions function is a valuable tool designed to facilitate seamless communication between teachers and students within an educational platform. It enables students to seek clarification or document queries that arose during class sessions, ensuring a deeper understanding of the material covered. Teachers can access these questions through their portal, where they can respond directly, fostering an ongoing dialogue. This feature streamlines communication, promotes student engagement, and provides an avenue for addressing any lingering doubts or concerns outside of traditional class hours.

Step 1: Filter and View Questions

Navigate to the top filters section of the platform. Select the option to filter questions based on the classes assigned to you. Once filtered, you'll see a list of questions displayed at the bottom of the window, submitted by students from your classes.

Step 2: Respond to Questions

Click on a specific question from the list to view its details. Use the "Reply" option to craft your reply to the student's question. Include relevant information and guidance. After composing your response, click "Send" to ensure the student receives your answer, establishing a communication thread.

Step 3: Continue the Conversation

Students may respond with follow-up questions or comments. Monitor your notifications for any new messages and repeat the process to provide further assistance. Through this exchange, address pending issues or document important discussions within the platform.
