CollegeOne Mobile App

This is a modern tool that is available to educational institutions that work with CollegeOne. It allows parents and students (from higher education institutions) to access various functionalities that our tool has for regular use.

Once the app is downloaded from the corresponding store, it will show the user a home screen where they must enter their credentials, the same that they have used to enter CollegeOne, and click Sign In to continue.

Step 1: Signing In

  • Download the CollegeOne app from the corresponding store.
  • On the home screen, enter your CollegeOne credentials.
  • Click Sign In to continue.

Step 2: Welcome Screen

  • After signing in, a welcome screen will be displayed.
  • At the bottom of the screen, you can see six functions to which you will have access. We will see each one.

Step 3: Invoices     

  • This function allows the parent to review the billing made by the educational institution on their behalf.
  • It shows a history of invoices and the status of each one of them.


Step 4: Students

  • This function allows parents to view information about their child, including their grade and group.
  • If you have more than one registered child, you can swipe the screen to the left to see the information of the others.

Step 5: Payment Center

  • This section allows parents to view information about payments made to the institution and those pending payment.
  • To pay a pending invoice, select it to view details, check it, and activate the Pay Now button.

  • If you do not have a previous registration, enter your bank account and card details to process the payment.
  • Choose the payment method and activate the checkbox for acceptance of conditions.

  • Confirm the payment, and the status of the invoice will be updated immediately.

Step 6: Gradebook

  • In this function, parents can consult their children's grades for each subject.

  • Choose the semester to consult and the subject.
  • The system will show a list of assignments and respective grades.

Step 7: Attendance

  • This function allows parents to check their child's attendance for each class.
  • It displays a calendar with the current month and a summary of attendance for the selected class
