CREATE SCHEDULES FOR TEACHERS AND STUDENTS

Step 1: Access the Schedule Manager

  • Open Schedule Manager: Begin by clicking on the Schedule Manager icon in your administrative dashboard.

  • Select the Filter: In the Schedule Manager, use the filter options to choose whether you are creating a schedule for a student or a teacher.

  • Note: The information displayed in this section comes from the class creation process. Ensure you have read the article on class creation first to understand how classes are set up.

Step 2: Fill in the Data and Print the Schedule

  • Enter Details: Fill in the necessary data for the student or teacher

Print Schedule: After verifying the information, print the schedule in PDF format.

Step 3: Create On-Demand Schedules

  • Access On-Demand Schedule Feature: In cases where a customized schedule is needed for a particular student, use the on-demand schedule creation feature.
