DASHBOARD

The school dashboard allows you to perform various actions and consult different graphs that are important for school administration

Step 1: My Profile

  • Locate your profile information at the upper right corner of the dashboard.
  • Here you will see your name, email, and address.

  • Click on the green button labeled "Change Profile".
  • The system will display a new screen where you can modify your profile information.
  • You can upload a photograph and enable access to the portal by adding or changing your password and/or email.



Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your accounts. By requiring a second form of verification, you significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised.


  • A window will appear asking you to select your preferred verification method. Common options include:
    • SMS (Text Message): A code will be sent to your mobile phone.
    • Email: A code will be sent to your email address.
    • Security Questions: You will answer pre-set security questions.

Step 2: Help Center


  • Once you are in the Help Center, look for the "Knowledge Base" section.
  • Click on "Knowledge Base" to open a dedicated page containing a comprehensive collection of articles.


Step 3: Setup Wizard



The Setup Wizard is a convenient tool designed to guide you through the initial steps of creating a new school on the platform. Follow these instructions to efficiently set up your school:


Step 4: Cases



The Cases function enables the Accountant to efficiently oversee all cases created by employees and teachers.



Step 5: Mailbox

  • Next to the profile section, you will find an envelope icon.


The envelope icon leads to the mailbox function. This function allows you to compose an internal message on the platform. You can also receive messages in the inbox, see the messages you've sent in the sent folder, save drafts, star messages, and create different labels.



To compose a message, select the type of recipient, write a subject, and write a message. You can also attach files.



Step 6: Select School Year

By clicking this function, you can choose the school year for which the platform will display information.


Step 7: Calendar

  • The calendar function allows teachers to schedule activities.
  • Click on the desired day in the calendar.
  • Fill in the event information as prompted.
