This guide will help parents view general information about the institution and the administrative processes related to their children enrolled in the school.
Open the Dashboard Tab: Navigate to the Dashboard function on the platform.
General Information Section: The dashboard will display general information about the institution, including:
Announcements: Important announcements from the school administration.
Updates: Recent updates or changes in school policies or schedules.
Reminders: Key reminders for upcoming events or deadlines.
Administrative Information: The dashboard will also provide information related to the administrative processes for children enrolled in the institution, such as:
Enrollment Status: Current enrollment status of the children.
Fee Payments: Details on fee payments, due dates, and any pending amounts.
Attendance Records: Summary of attendance records for each child.
Click on Items: Click on specific items or links within the dashboard for more detailed information.
More Details: Access additional details by clicking on links or buttons provided in the announcements or updates sections.
Charts and Graphs: The dashboard may include charts and graphs providing visual insights into various administrative aspects.
Hover Over Charts: Hover over different sections of the charts to see detailed information and statistics.
In the upper line of the screen it allows us to select some functions that are available to the father of the family
To start, it shows us the name of the user who is logged in at that moment, if we place the mouse cursor over the name it allows us to click on My Profile, and the parent will be able to see the information that has been loaded
In Change profile, you can update or modify your data and click OK to update the information.
