Dashboard


The Dashboard function in the College One Parental Portal allows parents to view general information about the institution and the administrative process of their enrolled children. This guide provides a detailed step-by-step process for using the Dashboard feature.

Step 1:  Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Login to College One Portal: Log in to your College One parental account.
  2. Navigate to the "Dashboard" section from the main menu.





Step 2: Viewing User Information

  1. User Information Display: At the top of the Dashboard, the name of the logged-in user is displayed.
  2. My Profile: Place the mouse cursor over the user's name to reveal a dropdown menu.
    1. Click on "My Profile" to view the information loaded for the parent.

Step 3: Updating Profile Information

  1. Change Profile: In the dropdown menu under the user's name, select "Change Profile."
  2. Update Information: Update or modify your personal data as needed.
  3. Click "OK" to save and update the information.



To start, it shows us the name of the user who is logged in at that moment, if we place the mouse cursor over the name it allows us to click on My Profile, and the parent will be able to see the information that has been loaded 






Step 4: Accessing the Help Center

  1. Help Center Link: The Dashboard provides a link to the Help Center for additional support.
  2. Help Center Access: Click on the Help Center link to get assistance.
    1. The Help Center provides a phone number for direct calls or a link to open a service ticket for support.
