Step 1: Accessing the Dashboard Function
Open the Dashboard Tab: Navigate to the Dashboard function on the platform.
Step 2: Viewing General Information
General Information Section: The dashboard will display general information configured for all users of the platform. This may include important announcements, reminders, and updates.
Upper Menu: The upper menu will display general information and some easy access.
General Information: which includes:
Scholar Year: It will show the current scholar year.
The Name of the school: It will show the school's name.
The student information: It will show the student's name.
Easy Access:
Cases: It will direct to the cases feature.
Mailbox: It will direct to the mailbox feature.
Knowledge base: It will be directed to the knowledge base, where you can access useful help articles.
Profile information: You can see and edit the profile information
Step 3: Viewing the News Calendar
News Calendar: The news calendar displays important dates and events. This includes:
School Events: Upcoming school events and activities.
Assignment Deadlines: Important deadlines for assignments and projects.
Exams and Tests: Scheduled exams and tests.
Step 4: Viewing Charts and Graphs
Charts Section: The dashboard includes various charts and graphs that provide visual insights based on the information recorded by teachers. These may include:
Grade Distribution: Charts showing the distribution of grades across different assignments or exams.
Attendance Records: Graphs displaying attendance records and trends.
Performance Trends: Insights into academic performance over time.
Step 5: Interacting with the Dashboard
Click on Events: Click on specific events or deadlines in the news calendar for more details.
Hover Over Charts: Hover over different sections of the charts and graphs to see detailed information and statistics.
