Data Import
DATA IMPORT
This feature facilitates the seamless integration of CSV-formatted data into our platform. The imported data can encompass a wide array of categories such as Students, Parents, Teachers, Vendors, or Bank Regular Accounts.
Step 1: Selecting the Data Category and Uploading the CSV File
Begin by selecting the category of information you intend to import into the platform. Utilize the upper section to designate whether it pertains to Students, Parents, Teachers, Vendors, or Bank Regular Accounts. Once selected, proceed by clicking on "Select File" to locate the CSV file containing the desired data on your computer. Conclude this step by clicking on "Next" to proceed to the next stage of the process.
Step 2: Completing Required Fields and Initiating Import
Upon initiating the import process, a window will appear displaying the required fields essential for the import procedure. Here, carefully navigate through the listed fields and input the corresponding information from your CSV file. Once all necessary fields are appropriately filled, proceed by clicking on the "Import" button. This action seamlessly integrates the selected data into the system, ensuring its prompt availability for utilization.
