This guide will help parents consult the Diary function to view work assigned by the teacher to their child.

Step 1: Accessing the Diary Function

  1. Locate the Diary Widget: Navigate to the Diary function in the dashboard.

Step 2: Viewing Assigned Work

  1. Widget: The Diary function will display a list of all registered assignments and activities assigned by the teacher each day.
    1. Assignment List: View the data for each registered assignment, including the title, date, and brief description.

Step 3: Viewing Detailed Information

  1. Details Button: Hover the mouse to the assignment box to know more about. 
  2. Click on Details: Click on the Details button to view the complete information about the recorded assignment or activity.
    1. Complete Information: This page will display comprehensive details, including:
      1. Title: The title of the assignment or activity.
      2. Description: A detailed description of the task, including any instructions or guidelines.
      3. Due Date: The deadline for the assignment or activity.
      4. Attachments: Any documents or resources provided by the teacher.





By following these steps, parents can efficiently use the Diary function to stay informed about the work assigned to their child, ensuring they are aware of upcoming tasks and can help their child manage their workload effectively.
