DIARY
The Teacher's Diary allows you to record and share information with parents and students of a specific group. You can inform about educational trips, movies, planned programming for the students, or simply communicate the daily work done at the institution to parents.
Locate the blue box with the (+) sign on your interface and click on it to open the interface for creating new materials or information.
Step 2: Specify the Details
On the left side, there are filters you can activate to specify the grade, group, period, and class for which you are creating the information.
Enter a clear and concise title for your communication and select the date for which this information is relevant. In the Description space, add the content of the material you want to share, being detailed and clear to ensure parents understand the information. Once you have completed the information, click the Publish button to make it available to parents and students.
Important Note: Parents will see the information according to the filter they activate. Ensure that you guide them on how to use the filters for better accessibility of the shared information.
