Grade Switch

This guide will walk you through the process of moving a student from one group to another within the same grade, changing their grade, or moving them to a different academic year using the Grade Switch function.

Step 1: Initiate the Promotion Process

Step 2: Switching Grade or Group

• Locate the filter box at the top of the Grade Switch interface.
• Choose the option to Grade switch
  

• A list will display all the students currently enrolled.
• Review the list to identify the students you wish to move.

• Select the new grade from the dropdown menu.
• Choose the new group or grade for the selected students.
  

• Once the new grade and group are selected, click on the Switch button.
• The students will be moved to the new grade and group.

Step 3: Changing Academic Year

• In the filter box, choose the option for Academic Year.
  

• A list will show students based on your selected academic year, grade, and group.
• Select the students you wish to move to a different academic year.
  

• In the right box, choose the new academic year for the selected students.
