How to Extract Reports from CollegeOne
CollegeOne allows educational institutions to generate and extract various reports in PDF or CSV formats. Follow these steps to access and modify the reports:
Step 1: Request the Report
- Navigate to Reports / Reports and request the Student List Report from the system.
Step 2: Modify the Report
- Once the report is generated in CSV format, open it in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- You can now edit the report as needed, such as removing unnecessary cells or updating the information.
