The process of promoting 12th-grade students and designating them as graduates involves verifying their grade status and completing the graduation steps.


Step 1: Verify Graduation Level for 12th Grade

  • In the Settings / Settings / Grades section, find the already created 12th grade and ensure that the Graduation Level box is checked.



Step 2: Promote Students to Graduates

  • In the Student Promotions section, use the filters to find the 12th grade and the group where the students are located.


  • In the center box, check the students you want to graduate.

  • On the right side of the screen, you will see the active switch and the Graduated button that you need to press.
  • Finally, complete the graduation date information and add any notes you want to include.


By following these steps, you can efficiently promote 12th-grade students and ensure they are properly designated as graduates, supporting a smooth transition and accurate record-keeping.
