How to Reactivate a Student Withdrawn in a Previous Period
The reactivation function allows you to reinstate a student who was previously withdrawn from the system for a new school period. This process involves searching for the student, reactivating their status, and updating their information to reflect the new school year and grade.
Step 1: Search and Select the Student
- Search for the student in the school year in which they were withdrawn.
- In the Inactive Students section, select the student and click the Actions / Reactivate button.
Step 2: Move the Student to the New School Year
- Once the student has been reactivated, go to the Student Promotion functionality.
- Find the group in which the student was registered for that school year, select it, and choose the school year to which you will move the student, including the respective grade and group.
Step 3: Finalize the Reactivation
- By following these steps, the student will be available for the new school year.
This guide helps ensure a smooth process for reactivating students and preparing them for the upcoming school period.
