How to Register a New Student Linked to an Existing Family in the Platform

When a family is already registered on the platform and a new student needs to be added, follow these steps:


Step 1: Register the New Student

  • Go to Students / Students / New and enter the information for the new student.
  • Click OK to save the student record.


  • Navigate to Parents / Family Link.
  • Use the switch next to Students to find the newly created student record and link it to the existing family.







Step 3: Add Siblings and Parent Information

  • In the students section, add all siblings.
  • Enter the parent information in the Parent 1 and Parent 2 fields.
  • Click OK to finalize the link and complete the registration.

Step 4: Verify the Record

  • Check the Parents section to ensure that the new student’s registration is correctly linked to the existing family.
