How to Send a Message to a Specific Student's Parent

In the Mailbox, users of the platform have the option to choose to send a message to all parents of a group. However, sometimes it is necessary to communicate with the parent or both parents of a particular student. Here’s how to do it.

You can do this from two sections:

  • Students Section: Here, you will see a list of your students by class. Once you identify the student, click the 'Parent’s Info' button to find the names of Parent 1 and Parent 2.





  • Parents Section: Here, you will see a list of your students along with the parents linked to them.



Step 2: Compose the Message

  • Go to the Mailbox and click on 'Compose.'
  • Choose the 'Parent' checkbox and click on the name of the parent(s) you wish to send the message to.





By following these steps, you can effectively communicate with the specific parents of a student, ensuring personalized and direct communication as needed.
