JOURNAL ENTRY

The Journal Entries function allows the institution to register and manage accounting entries for debits and credits. This guide will walk you through each step to ensure effective use of the system.

Step 1: Registering New Journal Entries

To register new accounting entries, click on the orange bar with the + sign. Enter all the required details for the debits and credits. Once all information is entered, click Submit to save the entries.

After saving, the new journal entries will appear in the right box of the Journal Record screen, making them easily accessible for review.

Step 2: Searching and Reviewing Journal Entries

A search engine is activated in the right box of the Journal Record screen, allowing you to mark specific dates for consultation. This feature helps you filter and view journal entries based on the selected date range.

By following these steps, you can efficiently register, manage, and review the institution's accounting entries, ensuring accurate financial tracking and easy access to journal records.
