Planboard
The Work Plan function allows parents to consult the work plans and units that each teacher has established for their child on a given day. This feature provides detailed information on the educational activities planned by teachers.
Step 1: Navigate to Planboard
- On the parental portal dashboard, click on the "Planboard" function.
- This will open a calendar view showing the work plans for each day of the month.
Step 2: Viewing Daily Plans
- Select a Day: Click on the specific day you wish to consult.
- The work plan for the selected day will be displayed on the left side of the screen.
Step 3: Show Units
- Click on the "Show Units" button to view the detailed plan.
- This will display the units the teacher will cover that day, providing insight into the specific lessons and activities.
By utilizing the Work Plan feature, parents can stay informed and involved in their child’s educational journey, ensuring they are aware of the daily plans and activities prepared by teachers.
