REPORTS

Our report generation function allows you to issue a large number of reports that have been previously configured. You can customize these reports based on various parameters and choose the format in which you want to receive them.



Step 1: Configure and Generate the Report

Select the Report Type:

  • Begin by accessing the report generation section of the system.
  • Locate the dropdown menu labeled "Report Type."
  • Click on the dropdown menu and select the type of report you need
  • After selecting the report type, you will need to specify the date range for the report.
  • Depending on the report type, you may need to further specify the report by choosing the year, grade, or group.
  • Decide in which format you want to generate the report, In a significant number of them, you can choose between PDF and CSV formats.
  •  Note that the CSV format is designed exclusively for Excel use.


Step 2: Print or Send the Report

By following these steps, you can easily generate, print, and distribute reports using our system. This process ensures that your reports are tailored to your specific needs and can be shared efficiently.
