The Reports section is a powerful tool designed to help teachers generate detailed and specific reports related to their teaching profile. This functionality enables teachers to create comprehensive reports on grades, attendance, student progress, and demographic information. By utilizing these reports, teachers can gain valuable insights into their students' academic performance, attendance patterns, developmental progress, and background information. This guide will walk you through each type of report available and provide step-by-step instructions on how to generate and use them effectively.

Step 1: Grade Report

The Grade Report feature allows us to view a comprehensive report of the grades for the groups assigned to the teacher. To generate the report, select the specific classes or groups you want to include, click "OK," and an additional window will open displaying the complete grade report for all the classes taught by the teacher. You also have the option to download or print the report if needed. This functionality provides an easy way to access and manage students' grades, ensuring you have all the necessary information at your fingertips for assessment and record-keeping purposes.

Step 2: Attendance Report

The Attendance Report feature allows us to view complete monthly attendance information for each group and individual student. The report can be downloaded for email distribution or printed as needed. This tool ensures that you have accurate and detailed attendance records for effective monitoring and communication.

Step 3: Progress Report

The Progress Report is designed for preschool students and allows us to showcase their progress throughout the school period. Teachers can configure various elements to generate a detailed progress report highlighting the student's skills, which can then be shared with the parents.

Step 4: Demographic Information Report

The Demographic Information Report allows the teacher to view a comprehensive overview of their students, including details about the parents linked to each student. This report provides essential background information to better understand and support the students.
