Schedule

The Schedule feature allows parents to view their child's class schedule. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of the program or class schedule assigned to their child, with options to view it on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Parents can also choose to view schedules for the first or second semester.

Step 1: Viewing the Schedule

1. Access the Schedule
1. Navigate to the Schedule function from the Parental Portal dashboard.
   

1. Select Semester
1. Choose between the first or second semester to view the relevant schedule.
   

1. Choose View Mode
1. Daily View: Displays the schedule for a single day.
2. Weekly View: Shows the entire week’s schedule
3. Monthly View: Provides an overview of the month's schedule.
   

Step 2: Interface and Options

1. Calendar Display
1. The selected schedule is displayed in a calendar format.
2. Each class or activity is listed with its time and subject details.
2. Navigation
1. Previous/Next: Navigate between different days, weeks, or months using the arrow buttons.
2. Today: Quickly jump to the current day’s schedule.
   

1. Class Details
1. Clicking on a specific class or activity will provide more detailed information such as the teacher's name, classroom location, and any special notes.
   

By utilizing the Schedule feature, parents can ensure they are well-informed about their child’s school day, facilitating better planning and support for their child’s academic and extracurricular activities.
