Scholarship

The scholarship function in the Director's module allows you to manage and view all students who have received scholarships. Follow these steps to effectively use this feature:

Step 1: Entering a New Scholarship Recipient

  • Click on the “New” button to enter a new scholarship recipient.
  • A new window will appear for entering the scholarship details.

  • Name of the Scholarship: Type the name of the scholarship being awarded.
  • Choose the Student: Select the student who has been awarded the scholarship from the dropdown menu.
  • Description: Optionally, add a description that justifies or explains the reason for awarding this scholarship.

  • After filling in the details, click “OK” to save the record.
  • The new scholarship recipient is now added to the system.

Step 2: Managing Scholarship Records

  • After adding a scholarship, you will be redirected to the main window where you can see the list of all scholarship recipients.

Perform Actions on the Scholarship Records:

  • Edit: To edit a scholarship record, select the student and click on the “Edit” button. Make necessary changes and save.
  • Details: To view detailed information about a scholarship, click on the “Details” button next to the student’s name.
  • Delete: If you need to remove a scholarship record, select the student and click on the “Delete” button. Confirm the deletion if prompted.
