SCHOOL
The school function provides a comprehensive view of your institution's data, including the name, addresses, contact details, and website. It also allows for editing and viewing detailed information.
- Click on the "Actions" button and click "Edit School" This will open a box displaying all the current information about the school.
Edit Basic Information
- Institution Name: Update the name of the school.
- Addresses: Modify the physical and postal addresses as needed.
- Contact Information: Change telephone numbers and email addresses.
Step 2: Choose a Web Portal Template
- In the next box, you will see three template options for the school's web portal. Choose one that best represents your school.
Upload Images
- Provide access links to all the social media platforms used by the institution (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Step 4: Additional Functions
- Use this function to create additional information blocks that will be displayed on the school's web portal. These can include announcements, news, or other important updates.
- Enter details about school events that you want to share with the student population and parents. This can include upcoming events, activities, and important dates, and also enter Useful Links
- Navigate to the gallery section where you can create a photo gallery for the institution.
- Add as many photographs as you want to showcase in the gallery. These can include events, school facilities, student activities, etc.
