This function provides the director with the ability to manage and oversee staff absences effectively. By configuring absence reports and leave types, the director can ensure accurate record-keeping and timely approval processes for teacher absences. Step 1: Observing and Configuring Absence Reports

The director can observe and configure absence reports submitted by staff members. This includes reviewing details of each absence and managing them through options like editing, approving, disapproving, or deleting entries.


Step 2: Teacher Absence Registration

Teachers register their absences through their profiles. The director then reviews these registrations, accessing detailed information and taking necessary actions such as editing, viewing details, approving, disapproving, or deleting requests.


Step 3: Configuring Staff Leave Types

Within this function, the director can set up various types of leave allowances for staff members. This includes defining the types of leave available and specifying the number of days permitted per year for each type. Each new leave type created can be managed further through editing, viewing details, or deleting options.




By utilizing this comprehensive staff absence management system, educational institutions can streamline administrative processes related to staff leave.
