Staff Absences

This functionality enables teachers to submit absence reports directly to the institution's director through the platform. By following a few intuitive steps, teachers can provide essential information regarding their absence and even attach supporting documents if necessary. The platform keeps a record of these submissions, allowing teachers to track their absence reports and providing administrators with an organized overview of staff absences.

Step 1: Initiate Absence Report

Upon accessing the functionality, teachers click on "New" to initiate the absence report.

Step 2: Complete Absence Details

Once the "New staff absence" box opens, teachers fill in the required information and optionally attach a supporting document. Clicking "OK" saves the record.

Step 3: Review and Track

On the home screen, teachers can review the submitted information and track the status of their absence reports, ensuring transparency and accountability within the institution.
