The Teacher's Assistant function provides the principal with comprehensive oversight and management capabilities for all assistants registered within the institution. This feature enables the principal to seamlessly view, access, and manage assistant profiles, facilitating efficient administrative processes and ensuring effective support for educational activities. Through this function, the principal can monitor assistant activities, interact with assistant profiles as needed, and navigate between administrative and assistant portals for streamlined management within the educational environment.

Step 1: Access and View Assistant List

To begin using the Teacher's Assistant function, you can access a comprehensive list of all registered assistants in the institution. Each assistant's profile is readily available for review, offering a detailed overview of their roles within the school. By using the "Log in as Teacher" button, seamlessly enter the assistant's portal to view tasks and responsibilities from their perspective.





Step 2: Manage Assistant Profile

Once inside the assistant portal, logged in as the assistant, manage their profile directly. This includes updating personal details, roles, and responsibilities to ensure alignment with institutional needs. Direct interaction with assistant profiles allows for efficient oversight and adjustment of assistant-related tasks within the educational environment.




Step 3: Return to Principal Portal

After completing tasks within the assistant portal, easily return to the principal's primary portal by clicking the "Back to My Portal" button located at the upper left corner of the dashboard. This smooth transition enables the principal to navigate between overseeing assistant operations and managing broader institutional responsibilities with ease.
