The teacher's gradebook function allows teachers to view the classes they teach. They can access all related class information such as grades, types of assessments, and also export this information in CSV format.

Step 1: Select Filters

Begin by navigating to the filters section where you can specify the academic year, semester, and teacher whose classes you wish to review. This step ensures that you are focused on the correct timeframe and the specific teacher’s classes within the system.



Step 2: Choose Class for Detailed Information

Next, select the particular class from the filtered list that you would like to explore further. This allows you to drill down into the details of a specific course, including comprehensive information about grades and assessment types associated with that class.


Step 3: View Student Grades and Export as CSV

In this final step, you will find a list of students enrolled in the selected class along with their respective grades. You have the option to apply additional filters to refine the information displayed, such as sorting by assessment type or specific grading periods. Furthermore, you can export this data effortlessly in CSV format for your records or further analysis. This feature provides flexibility in managing and utilizing the academic information effectively.



After following these steps, you can efficiently manage and monitor your classes' academic progress using the gradebook function. This tool not only provides a detailed overview of student performance but also offers the convenience of exporting data for analysis or record-keeping purposes.
