This
feature allows you to generate detailed individual reports for
students, providing a visual and printable summary of their academic
performance. Follow these steps to use the Transcript Report feature
effectively

Step 1: Selection of Current Grade of the Student
- Begin
by choosing the current grade level of the student for whom you want to
generate the report. This ensures that the report reflects the
appropriate academic context.
Step 2: Student Selection
- Next,
select the specific student for the report. You can either choose an
individual student or click "Select All" to generate reports for all
students in the same format.
Step 3: Verification of Academic Year Order
- In
the "Academic Year Order" section, verify that the years are arranged
in the desired order for the transcription. This ensures that the
academic history is presented correctly.
Step 4: Inclusion of Grades in the Transcription
- Add
all the grades you wish to include in the transcription. This is done
in the grades section, where you can select the relevant grades for the
report.
Step 5: Addition of Observations

any relevant observations in the "Remark" section. These comments can
provide additional context and insights into the student's performance.

any necessary footnotes in the "Footer Note" section. These footnotes
can provide supplementary information or clarifications.
Step 7: Transcription Customization Options
- Customize the transcription according to your preferences. This includes:
- Adjusting the size of the signature and institution seal.

- Deciding whether to display the student's social security number.
Step 8: Ranking Score

score provides a comparative performance metric.
Step 9: Selection of Grade in "Ranking Criteria"
