Virtual Classroom

This guide will help students join and participate in a virtual classroom using the CollegeOne platform.

Step 1: Logging In

Option 1: From the Home Screen

  1. Click on "Join a Virtual Classroom": On the home screen of the platform, click the "Join a Virtual Classroom" button.








  1. Enter Login Details:
    1. Name: Enter your name.
    2. Class Number: Enter the virtual class number provided by your teacher.
    3. Click "JOIN": Click the "JOIN" button to enter the virtual classroom





      Option 2: From the Student Profile

  1. Login to Your Profile: Enter your credentials to log into your student profile on the CollegeOne platform.
  2. Access Virtual Classroom: Look for the Virtual Classroom functionality within your profile.

  1. Click on "Start Room": Click the "Start Room" button to begin.




        Option 3: From the Student Profile, Upper Menú.

  1. Login to Your Profile: Enter your credentials to log into your student profile on the CollegeOne platform.
  2. Access Virtual Classroom: Look for the "Bell" symbol in the upper menú. 
  3. Click on "View all Virtual Classrooms": This will direct you to the virtual classroom feature. 
  4. Click on "Start Room": Click the "Start Room" button to begin.


Note: The following steps are the same regardless of the entry method used.


Step 2: Initial Setup

  1. Sound Test: The system will conduct a sound test to verify that your microphone is activated and working correctly.







Step 3: Participating in the Virtual Classroom

  1. View Virtual Class:
    1. Right Side: The shared screen or virtual blackboard being used by the teacher will be displayed.
    2. Left Side: The list of participants and the public chat are displayed.
  2. Public Chat: Use the public chat to communicate with the teacher and other students.



Step 4: Additional Features

  1. Activate Video: Enable your video to participate in the class visually.
  2. Share Screen: Share your screen with other participants if necessary.

By following these steps, students can easily join and participate in virtual classrooms, ensuring a smooth and interactive online learning experience.
