The Wallet feature in the CollegeOne Suite Parental Portal provides a convenient and secure way for parents to manage their children's school-related expenses. Using Smart Bracelets, students can make cashless purchases at specified points of sale throughout the school. The Wallet feature offers various functionalities to monitor and control spending, ensuring a modern and hassle-free school experience.


  1. Wallet Balance
    1. View Current Balance: Easily check the available balance in your child's Wallet.
  2. Wallet Activity History
    1. Transaction Records: Track all transactions made using the Wallet, providing transparency and oversight of your child’s spending.
  3. Sales Receipts
    1. Purchase Details: Access digital receipts for every transaction made, allowing for detailed monitoring of purchases.
  4. Add Balance
    1. Top-Up Wallet: Add funds to the Wallet using your credit card or bank account for seamless reloading.
  5. Auto Recharge
    1. Automated Top-Up: Enable automatic replenishment of Wallet funds, ensuring your child never runs out of money.

Auto Recharge

Auto Recharge is designed to provide ultimate convenience by automatically replenishing your Wallet balance. Once set up, it ensures that funds are added without the need for manual intervention.

Step 1: Enable Auto Recharge

  1. Toggle Switch: Press the toggle switch to set it to 'ON'. This will open the auto-recharge configuration window.

Step 2: Configuring Auto Recharge

  1. Balance Threshold Mode
    1. Select Recharge Mode: Choose "Balance Threshold" in the "Recharge Mode" field.
    2. Set Trigger Balance: Define the balance that triggers auto-recharge in the "When balance reach" field. 
    3. Select Payment Method: Choose the payment method to associate with auto-recharge.
    4. Enter Recharge Amount: Specify the amount to be recharged when the threshold is reached.

  1. Frequency Mode
    1. Select Recharge Mode: Choose "Frequency" in the "Recharge Mode" field.
    2. Choose Frequency: Select either weekly or monthly for the auto-recharge interval.
    3. Set Recharge Day: Choose the day for the auto-recharge to execute.
    4. Set Trigger Balance: Define the balance that triggers auto-recharge in the "When balance reach" field. 
    5. Select Payment Method: Choose the payment method to associate with auto-recharge.
    6. Enter Recharge Amount: Specify the amount to be recharged at each interval.

Using the Wallet Feature

Step 1: Viewing Wallet Balance and Activity

  1. Navigate to Wallet: From the Parental Portal, select the Wallet function.
  2. Check Balance: View the current balance displayed prominently.
  3. Activity History: Scroll through the list of recent transactions to monitor spending.

Step 2: Adding Funds

  1. Select Add Balance: Click on the option to add balance.
  2. Choose Payment Method: Select your preferred method (credit card or bank account).
  3. Enter Amount: Input the desired amount to add and confirm the transaction.

Step 3: Setting Up Auto Recharge

  1. Enable Auto Recharge: Follow the steps outlined above to configure either Balance Threshold or Frequency mode.
  2. Save Settings: Ensure all settings are correctly entered and save the configuration.
By leveraging the Wallet feature, parents can easily manage and control their child's school-related expenses, fostering a secure and cashless environment within the school.
