Planboard

Planboard

This functionality is designed to support teachers in class planning, allowing them to organize their lessons efficiently and in a structured way. Teachers can record and plan their classes daily or weekly, saving these plans in the system and reusing them in future academic years.

Step 1: Register Units

Create Units:
The teacher can register and organize lesson plans by units using the green Unit+ button.
When clicked, a window will open where the teacher can:

  • Select an identifying color

  • Enter the unit number

  • Enter the unit title
Then press Create to add the unit.

Step 2: Register Lesson Content

Add Lesson:
Once the unit is created, a new screen will appear where the teacher can register the lesson content. Follow these steps:

  • Enter the lesson name under the unit name.

  • Add the lesson content in the provided text box, which will automatically adjust to the amount of text entered.

  • Attach relevant files using the Choose file button and then click Add file to upload them.

  • Save all registered content by clicking Save.

Step 3: Text Organization Tools

Ease of Use:
The system includes tools that help teachers structure and organize content clearly and efficiently during planning.

Step 4: Support Blocks

Posts and Tasks:
On the right side of the board, the system offers two additional support blocks:

  • Post: A space where teachers can record important notes or reminders.

  • Tasks Block: A dedicated area for task tracking, where tasks can be recorded and marked as completed as needed.

With Planboard, teachers can plan their classes dynamically and in an organized way, taking advantage of supportive tools that make structuring content and tracking tasks easier. The system allows for effective planning that can be reused in the future, saving time while maintaining instructional quality.
