Admission Queue

The Admission Queue functionality allows administrative staff or designated personnel to review and manage the information of new and returning students who have been registered in the institution through the parent profile.


Step 1: View the Student List

When accessing the main page, you will see a list of all students who have been entered into the institution through the admission process.
This list includes both new and returning students.


Step 2: Manage Student Status

In the Next Status column, you can change and select the student’s status or condition by choosing one of the available options.
This allows you to manage the student’s progress through the different stages of the admission process.


Step 3: Assign the Process to Another Staff Member

In the Assigned To column, you have the option to transfer the admission process to another person within the institution.
This facilitates task delegation and collaboration among staff members.


Step 4: Additional Options

Notes:
By clicking Notes, a window will open where you can add comments or track the student’s progress. You may indicate if additional information or specific documents are required.


View Documents:
This option allows you to view the documents that have been uploaded for the student.


Parent Information:
By clicking Actions / Parent Information, a window will appear displaying the information entered by the parent, including personal details and any additional requested information.


If needed, the platform also allows you to delete the information for only the student or for the entire family.

The Admission Queue functionality provides a centralized platform to manage and review student enrollment information, streamlining the admission process and improving collaboration among institutional staff
