Academic Record

The Academic Record section allows you to easily access and review the grades and subjects of any student. This function provides a detailed view of a student’s academic performance, including grades for each subject across different quarters.

EDITING A STUDENT'S NOTE

Step 1: Access the Student Section

  • Log in to the system and navigate to the student section.
  • Look for the option or tab labeled "Academic Record" and click on it.

Step 2: Select Student Details

  • Once you're in the Academic Record section, you'll likely see filters or dropdown menus to select specific student details.
  • Choose the academic year relevant to the student you're editing for.
  • Select the appropriate grade level, group, and finally, the specific student from the options available in the box located on the right side of the screen.

Step 3: View Class Details and Grades

  • After selecting the student, the system should display all the classes they are enrolled in along with their corresponding quarter grades.
  • Take note of the classes and the grades to ensure accuracy.

Step 4: Edit the Note

  • Locate the class for which you want to edit the student's note.
  • Look for an "Action" button associated with that class and click on it.


  • This action should open a text box or editor where you can modify the student's note.
  • Make the necessary changes or additions to the note.


Step 5: Save Changes

  • Once you have finished editing the note, look for a "Save" button.
  • Click on it to ensure that your modifications are saved in the system.
  • Double-check to confirm that the changes have been successfully saved.
