Grade Switch

Step 1: Initiate the Promotion Process


  • Select the Grade that you intend to promote.

  • In the "Select All Students" box, you have the option to select all the students in the group.
  • If some students are not to be promoted, click on their names to uncheck them.

  • The system will automatically indicate the Promoted Grade.
  • Select the new Group for the promoted students.
  • Click on the "Switch" button to initiate the switch process.

  • This process must be repeated for each year and group within the institution.
  • Ensure that each group and school year is reviewed and that all students are appropriately categorized as promoted, retained, or withdrawn.
